It is not connected to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center, SCDC, a city police department, a court, or another government agency. It cannot release or transfer anyone, post bond, arrange visits, submit documents, or give legal advice. An arrest or booking record is an accusation, not proof of guilt, and court records are the proper place to review a case outcome.
Only the official record custodian can verify a current custody status, provide an official booking record, or state a court disposition. The site does not make those determinations.
